- the laptop came preloaded with ubuntu 14. ubuntu/linux is fast catching up and the gui is very similar to macos and windows

My windows 10 is not installed in the laptop

3 ghz doesnot make this fast enough for windows 10

It comes with preinstalled windows 10 as well .

When i did my research before buying the product it was mentioned in the website that the laptop will have dos os, but when i received the product it was preloaded with ubuntu os which was the reason for various inconveniences. other than delivery delay and massacre, the laptop is good for 64 bit and smoothly running in windows 10 .

- windows 10 was preinstalled, and got updated to windows 10 anniversary edition immediately. - had to call dell helpline to get office installed. please make sure that windows is properly updated before calling. the customer care associate was with me for 2 hours on the phone while my windows was updating during the office installation even though he could have just asked me to call back. remove the trial version anti-virus software and use windows defender instead .
